MaryPH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by MaryPH may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active MaryPH account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. MaryPH employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, MaryPH reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MaryPH account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. MaryPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify MaryPH immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
All financial transactions on the MaryPH platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). MaryPH accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at MaryPH's discretion.
A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies to all transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. MaryPH reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your MaryPH account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. MaryPH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). MaryPH does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their MaryPH account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the MaryPH platform at the time of the withdrawal request. MaryPH reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional verification for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
MaryPH may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. MaryPH publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games available on the platform. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average payout and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, MaryPH reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. MaryPH's decision in respect of any game malfunction shall be final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical issues beyond MaryPH's reasonable control.
Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during game sessions. MaryPH is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side disconnection. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaryPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the MaryPH platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
MaryPH's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit MaryPH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
MaryPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on MaryPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. MaryPH implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
MaryPH may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with MaryPH's legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of player confidentiality.
MaryPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, MaryPH reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
