• Residential address, including city (e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati);

• Government-issued ID details (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license).

2.2 Financial Information

• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet number;
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transactions;
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction history;
• Account balance and wagering history;
• Bonus and promotional credit records.

2.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session duration, login timestamps, and activity logs;

5 Legal Basis for Processing

MaryPH processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the MaryPH Terms & Conditions, including account management and payment processing;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLC reporting requirements, and tax obligations;
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for MaryPH's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, including for marketing communications and certain non-essential cookies.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

MaryPH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

6.1 Service Providers

MaryPH engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on MaryPH's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6.2 Regulatory Authorities

MaryPH may be required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other competent Philippine authorities in connection with regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, or lawful government requests. Such disclosures are made strictly in accordance with MaryPH's legal obligations.

6.3 Law Enforcement

MaryPH may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies or courts where required by a valid legal order, warrant, or subpoena issued under Philippine law. MaryPH will, where legally permitted, notify affected players of such disclosures.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of MaryPH's assets, player data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. Affected players will be notified of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms of the acquiring entity.

7 Data Retention

MaryPH retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active MaryPH account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years following account closure;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for three (3) years following withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, MaryPH will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

8 Data Security

MaryPH implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

11 Children & Minors

The MaryPH platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming. MaryPH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If MaryPH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the MaryPH platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The MaryPH platform may contain references to third-party services, such as payment providers including GCash and PayMaya. When you interact with these third-party services, you are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use.
